Dafawin Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the dafawin platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing dafawin voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online betting or gaming activities.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money placed as bets on dafawin.

These Terms take effect from the moment you complete account registration on dafawin and remain in effect for the duration of your account's existence, including after any closure or suspension.

2. Eligibility

To open and use an account on dafawin, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Dafawin takes age verification seriously. Accounts opened by individuals under 18 will be closed immediately, and any funds associated with underage accounts will be forfeited.
• Location: Dafawin is designed for use in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing dafawin is lawful in your jurisdiction. Dafawin does not accept liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited.
• Mental capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements at the time of registration and during all subsequent use of dafawin.
• Personal use only: Accounts on dafawin are for personal use only. You may not open an account on behalf of another person, and you may not allow another person to use your account.
• No prior exclusion: You must not have been self-excluded from dafawin or excluded by dafawin from accessing the platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account is a breach of these Terms.

Dafawin reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Accounts may be suspended pending verification if requested documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Account Registration

When you register an account on dafawin, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information dafawin requests during the registration process or at any point thereafter.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dafawin login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Dafawin will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact dafawin support immediately. You remain liable for all activity carried out using your login credentials until you notify dafawin of any unauthorised access.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account on dafawin. Opening additional accounts — whether under your own name or a different name — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Dafawin's systems actively monitor for duplicate accounts and will close any identified duplicates. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification

Dafawin reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage. Verification may be required before processing withdrawal requests. Standard documentation requested includes a copy of a valid Pakistani identity card (CNIC) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Providing false documentation is a serious breach and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits

All deposits made to dafawin accounts are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Dafawin accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (mobile wallet)
• SadaPay (mobile wallet)
• Bank transfer — IBFT (any Pakistani bank)
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of deposit on the dafawin platform.
• Dafawin does not charge a transaction fee on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are independent of dafawin.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your dafawin balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred before the balance is used.
• Dafawin reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect ownership of the payment method, or breach of these Terms.

4.2 Dormant Account Charges

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee. Details of any applicable fee will be communicated to the registered account holder before deduction. Logging in to your dafawin account or placing a bet resets the inactivity period.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from dafawin accounts are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a method in the account holder's own name. This matched-method policy exists to protect against financial fraud and money laundering.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay): Typically processed within 5–30 minutes. VIP members receive priority processing per their tier benefits.
• Bank transfer (IBFT): Processed within one business day, subject to standard banking hours in Pakistan.
• Card withdrawals: Subject to the processing times of the issuing bank, typically 1–3 business days.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements having been fulfilled. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.
• Dafawin may require identity verification to be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not indicate any suspicion of wrongdoing.
• Dafawin does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's standard charges, if any, are independent of dafawin.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your dafawin account.
• Dafawin reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or suspicious betting patterns.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Dafawin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions below. Where there is a conflict between an individual offer's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms take precedence for that offer.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits awarded on dafawin carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses on dafawin are available to eligible registered accounts only. Account holders who are self-excluded, or whose accounts are under review, are not eligible to receive or use bonus credits.
• Single bonus per offer: Each promotional offer on dafawin may be claimed once per eligible account unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Expiry: All bonus credits and associated free bets have an expiry date. Unused bonus balances will be removed from your account after the expiry date without compensation.
• Game eligibility: Not all games on dafawin contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward clearing a bonus. The applicable contribution rates are detailed in each offer's specific terms.
• Abuse: Dafawin reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, or collusion between multiple accounts.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on dafawin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. General betting conditions that apply across all dafawin products are set out below.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

Dafawin reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. This includes — but is not limited to — situations where: odds have been offered in error; the event in question has already started at the time the bet is received; there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns; or system errors have resulted in incorrect pricing.

7.2 Void Bets

Where a bet is voided by dafawin, the stake is returned to the account holder's balance. Void bets do not count toward wagering requirements. Reasons for voiding a bet include: event cancellation; event postponement beyond the applicable settlement window; retirement of a participant in individual sports markets; and administrative or technical errors.

7.3 Bet Settlement

Bets on dafawin are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the relevant governing body or official result provider used by dafawin. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, dafawin's decision — made in good faith and based on available official information — is final.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets placed on dafawin are processed in real time. Dafawin's in-play system may suspend markets temporarily during key moments of play, such as potential goals, wickets, or other pivotal events. Any bet placed during a market suspension will be rejected and the stake returned. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a bet has been accepted before leaving the in-play interface.

8. VIP Club

The dafawin VIP Club is a tiered loyalty programme available to all registered accounts. Participation in the VIP Club is subject to these Terms and the specific VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page.

• VIP tier status is calculated monthly based on real-money wagered amounts. Wagers made using active bonus credits do not count toward VIP tier calculations.
• VIP tiers are reviewed at the end of each calendar month. Downward tier adjustments apply where monthly wagered thresholds are not maintained.
• Weekly cashback is credited to real-money balances and is not subject to wagering requirements. It is calculated on net losses in the preceding Monday-to-Sunday period.
• Dafawin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Club programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected members where possible.
• Misuse of VIP benefits — including attempts to manufacture losses to inflate cashback — will result in removal from the VIP Club and may result in account closure.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dafawin. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification; impersonating another person; using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Money laundering: Using dafawin for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime. All accounts and transactions on dafawin are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or event offered on dafawin, including poker, live casino, or any other multi-player format.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic techniques including matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer more than once.
• Unauthorised software: Using bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to interact with dafawin on your behalf or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after those funds have been used on dafawin. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
• Hacking or interference: Any attempt to access, alter, or disrupt dafawin's systems, data, or services in an unauthorised manner.

10. Responsible Gaming

Dafawin is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your activity on the platform. All responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to every registered account and do not affect your standard access to the platform or your VIP status.

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from dafawin for a defined period — minimum 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends. During exclusion, your account will be locked and you will be removed from all marketing communications.
• Reality check: Optional prompts that display how long you have been active and your net win or loss position for the current session.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the dafawin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of dafawin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use dafawin's services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute dafawin's content; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform; or use dafawin's trademarks or brand materials without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dafawin's liability in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• Dafawin is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Dafawin is not liable for any technical failures, service interruptions, or errors that result in a bet not being accepted, settled incorrectly, or any associated financial impact — provided dafawin acts in good faith to identify and rectify such issues promptly.
• Dafawin's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or cause of action shall not exceed the total value of deposits you have made to dafawin in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits dafawin's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

You use dafawin at your own risk. Gambling involves the real possibility of financial loss. Dafawin provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

13. Privacy and Data

Dafawin collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an account on dafawin, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, dafawin uses your data to: operate and maintain your account; process transactions; verify your identity; provide customer support; send you relevant promotional communications (where you have opted in); comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and detect and prevent fraud and other prohibited conduct.

Dafawin does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and verification service providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for those services to function.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Dafawin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights or obligations in a significant way — dafawin will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number associated with your account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the dafawin website.

Continued use of dafawin following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using dafawin and request account closure via the support team before the amendment takes effect. You will be entitled to withdraw any available balance in your account before closure.
